Attended an Xmas party at Del Aire Park yesterday and was so impressed by your food and item packaging . I chose Chinese Chicken Salad and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! We had the pleasure of working with Ara for our wedding reception at Heritage Park. The tasting was easy to coordinate and the team was helpful in making recommendations because of how often they worked with the venue. They provided us with a buffet dinner for 300 guests with China service. They brought plenty of staff to help ensure the dinner ran smoothly and timely. Lots of flexibility to build out a menu for guests from appz to desserts. This is the 3rd time I've had their catered meals, the chicken Florentine is one of our favorite s!!!

Today I held my first New Teacher Induction Colloquium and had the luncheon provided by Herach & Ara. It was amazing! They had to drive quite a distance and were prompt and set up quickly, with no interruption to our event. The food was delicious and the servers were attentive, professional, and gracious. The teachers and mentors were very tickled that they were treated so well and felt very appreciated. I was very pleased with how they came in and were very aware of not bothering our event until it was time for lunch to be served, and the clean up and helpfulness with the extra food was also very swift and professional. Today as Im walking thru the USC health science campus I was offered a boxed food and soda, I politely said no thank you, they insisted and I agreed. I was walking to my car since I was going home. Im so glad I picked up a box. It looked like a fancy dessert box, when I opened my box...there was cheese and crackers, a small sandwich, lemon dessert and some other fancy appetizers...do delicious!!! And Fresh. If all you're catering tastes like this...man..... that's amazing. To those people that treated me to that box. THANK YOU! Loved it !!!!!

We found this catering business many years back. I can honestly say thanks to Bev Iwanabe, a former boss here at LACOE, this company has grown from our referrals and ultimately ended up being a commodity here, serving the best breakfasts and lunch and price is reasonable. Like I said I have worked with this catering business for over a decade and have always been satisfied with service, quality, variety and price, but it was not until they opened up a cafeteria service that they have become part of the LACOE family. Each morning you are greeted by the most efficient, professional, and friendly ladies as if you are walking into a family members kitchen as they are cooking up a storm. The two Maria's can whip up an omelette, pour your coffee ring you up in a jiffy but that is not what makes this cafeteria stellar...although those omelettes are to die for, no it's the personable and personal customer service that makes your morning brighter. I have done mystery shopping for decades even the Department of Agriculture rating stores when EBT cards were about to be passed out. SO nobody can critique the way I can. I am looking from top to bottom, freshness, cleanliness, environment and easily find excellent restaurants, but the frosting on the cake is how do the employees make you feel when you walk in the door. I can honestly rate the employees from Herach and Ara's as the best rated in all areas. We thank you for great food and service that goes way beyond their call of duty! Amazing Maria's are AMAZING!
